Lowerings first observed as we approached the storm on Hwy 180 several miles east of Mineral Wells.

    The first cell began to dissipate so we repositioned 2 miles north of Aledo on 1187. This cell appears
  to also be in its latter stages and outflow dominated.

    Even in the daylight it is often difficult to make out the details of the storm. Compare this vid-cap to
  the next one captured only seconds later.

    Illuminated by a flash of lightning, a very distinct lowering becomes visible. Parker County spotters
  closer to the lowering reported no rotation.
